This is a very great book that provide you great resources all about our human psychological aspect of life. The author dedicated one chapter about the art of reciprocation which I found it to be extremely true and helpful if one can master it. Especially in business, everybody needs to work with everybody, and whether or not people will do you a favour depends on how you asked and if you know how to maintain that relationship.

I think people are resistant to the idea of the power of persuasion, but that is what we do each time we convince someone into buying into our idea or product. This book has so much useful information on how to persuade other people and make them think that you have the right idea. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone in a sales role, as it will help you to achieve and exceed your goals.
